About Me

You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck - like you’re carrying the weight of your past or struggling to feel truly seen in your present. Maybe you’ve always felt like the “black sheep” in your family, are navigating complicated relationships, or are simply tired of managing everything on your own. If you’re a parent of a child or teen, you might be noticing big emotions, growing worries, or challenges at home or school, and want a safe, supportive space for them to work through it all. You’re looking for support that’s both grounding and empowering - someone who will really get you and help you reconnect with your own strength, insight, and creativity.

As an art therapist, I’ve learned that healing doesn’t always start with words. Sometimes we need images, movement, or simply presence to access what we’re feeling inside. I bring a deep respect for the many ways we express ourselves, especially when emotions are hard to put into words, and create space for that expression to unfold at your own pace. I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, trauma recovery, and family estrangement. I’m especially passionate about supporting those who want to reclaim their power, break free from intergenerational cycles, and rewrite the stories they’ve inherited.

I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy from Notre Dame de Namur University, where I deepened my understanding of how creative expression can unlock what words sometimes can't reach. My approach is person-centered, meaning I see you as the expert on your own life, and I'm here to help you find your own answers, because you already have more insight than you might think. I don't lead with what's broken. I start with what's already working in you and build from there.

Whether through art, movement, or conversation, my goal is to help you process what you've been carrying, rebuild trust in yourself, and move forward with more clarity and confidence. If you're ready to do that work, I'd be honored to be part of it.
