Art Therapy
Words aren’t always enough. Art therapy offers a creative and expressive way to explore emotions, process experiences, and gain deeper self-understanding. Whether through painting, drawing, or mixed media, I integrate art-making with traditional talk therapy to help you tap into insight, healing, and personal growth. No artistic experience is needed, just a willingness to explore.
Couples & Family Therapy
Sessions are currently offered on Fridays, either in-person or via telehealth.
In couples and family therapy, I create a supportive space to strengthen communication, deepen connections, and navigate conflict with understanding and empathy. Whether you're working through family dynamics, rebuilding trust, or fostering a healthier bond, our sessions will focus on creating meaningful change together. I tailor my approach to fit your unique family system, incorporating creative and practical strategies to support growth.
