In one-on-one sessions, I provide a supportive and creative space for children, teens, young adults, and adults to explore what’s on their mind and in their heart. Together, we’ll untangle challenges, build insight, and help you feel more grounded and empowered. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, or seeking to reconnect with yourself, therapy is a space just for you.

Art Therapy

Words aren’t always enough. Art therapy offers a creative and expressive way to explore emotions, process experiences, and gain deeper self-understanding. Whether through painting, drawing, or mixed media, I integrate art-making with traditional talk therapy to help you tap into insight, healing, and personal growth. No artistic experience is needed, just a willingness to explore.

Art Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy offers a refreshing alternative to the traditional therapy setting. Instead of sitting across from each other in an office, we move together — taking our sessions outside into nature, where the act of walking side by side can ease anxiety, spark conversation, and create a sense of freedom that's hard to find indoors.

Sessions take place in a safe, comfortable outdoor setting and are tailored to your pace — both literally and figuratively.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Sessions are currently offered on Fridays, either in-person or via telehealth for clients physically located in California.
