You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.

Hi, I’m Kassidy!

Welcome! I’m Kassidy Butterworth, LMFT, ATR, but you can also call me Kassie. As a licensed therapist and registered art therapist, I provide a warm, intuitive, and collaborative space for healing. I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem, relationship dynamics, stress, and trauma recovery, working with children, teens, young adults, and adults - especially those who feel like the 'black sheep' seeking to reclaim their narrative and break intergenerational patterns. My approach is person-centered, somatic, and trauma-informed, with a touch of humor along the way.
